Right now I’m working on created a DVD as part of an offer I have going to get people to join my membership site. It’s a free w/shipping offer… me doing lots of Q&A on the subject material answering the top 30-40 questions I always get.

I did it with the Flip camera (Non – HD)…. not quite sure how it will turn out but the quality is the minimum required for DVDish quality.

I think the biggest thing that can get you is the sound quality. The FLIP has a omni-directional microphone (picks up everything) so it has a tendency to pick up background noise and echos.

I ended up using a mattress + box springs + a few other material to help absorb the echo I was experiencing from the large tile floor room I was in.

The changes made a noticeable improvement in the sound quality.

I’ll be using the automated DVD fulfillment service of Kunaki.com… I will be doing a full write up on that later.
